Khan will now head into his third term as Mayor of London a first for any mayor in history. On Saturday, the latest election results showed Khan comfortably won.

London has a Mayor once more and it is once again Sadiq Khan. According to reports, the 2-term mayor won a first-ever third term after a record turnout election. In an eyebrow raising promise, however, Khan has pledged to do something that perhaps many have thought of before but have never succeeded.
Reports out Saturday revealed that Khan has pledged to make the River Thames swimmable during his third term as Mayor.
