A new move by the conservative party has critics far-and-wide calling foul. According to a welfare reform package, the party wants to roll out reforms that otherwise require disabled or impaired people to work from home — or lose their benefits entirely.
The Times of London reports that the conservative party is finding itself in the midst of wildly unpopular welfare reforms. In the reform effort, the party hopes to force more than 100,000 Britons who receive benefits a year under these specifications to find an at-home job or else. In the same report it is estimated that this means some people could lose several thousands a year in benefit payments.
