Close up: ‘Presumed remains’ from Titan 5 disaster found, Daniel Penny’s not guilty plea, plus crappy air quality warnings plague various parts of America

  1. Presumed human remains have reportedly been discovered amid the Titan 5 investigation.

According to the U.S. Coast Guard, officials are now further investigating the case after it was revealed that they managed to obtain what appear to be human remains. It is not clear exactly how many remains were discovered.

2. Daniel Penny the infamous marine who killed Jordan Neely on the NYC subway has pleaded not guilty to second-degree manslaughter and negligent homicide charges.

Penny, 24, who killed Neely back in May during an ‘altercation’ on the New York City subway is getting closer to finding out his fate.

3. Parts of the U.S including D.C and New York City among others are all set to be overrun by smog from the Canadian wildfires up north.

If you’re wondering why the air may seem a bit strange or perhaps it seems smoggy that it is because weather alerts have been issued over ongoing Canadian wildfires.
