Liz in Tatters: Conservatives got exactly what they bargained for, a no good PM driving UK into the ground

Once again Prime Minister Liz Truss is all talk and no walk. No walk because that walk is leading the UK down a very dark and tumultuous economic rabbit hole that may be more difficult than ever before to emerge from. According to reports published Friday, Truss has fired her own economic advisor in wake of even more troubling news for the pound and her premiership.

Kwasi Karteng received his marching orders today which almost immediately sent the pound low once again.

In wake of her disastrous plans to give massive heaping tax cuts to the rich and corporations, Truss is expected to announce tax increases in a wild reversal sometime today. It is yet another example of a Prime Minister who hasn’t the slightest idea what she is doing but was installed inside Downing Street regardless of this fact.

Creating an even more interesting situation for conservatives, Jeremy Hunt is understood to be making a political return to Truss’s orbit. Reports indicate that Truss hopes a pair of familiar hands can help her quite literally fight for her political life — because her next actions depend on it.
