Apple will have to pry my iPhone XR from my hands

The new iPhone craze is here, mostly because the iPhone looks like the spider from the 4th Harry Potter Instalment. The new iPhone models 11; 11 Pro, and the 11 Max respectively all feature some pretty cool specs.

Except they’re all pretty fucking similar. Last year, I paid about $700 or so for a shiny red iPhone XR. I cannot stress this enough just glancing at the new phones and glancing at mine — I’m struggling to see any dramatic differences.

We’re not talking about the obvious ones or the camera here. We get it the camera is a monster.. a 3-eyed monster at that. It looks like in most of the new models of the 11 — the camera is 12 megapixels.

Because I’m not totally convinced to outright drop some more $$ into Apple ‘s pot of gold, I took the liberty of actually gathering all of the specs between last year’s phones and this year’s phones.

Just merely even glancing at the stats (thanks to CNET) it’s noticable that many of them are identical. I saw it in a Twitter thread recently and I quote [“Apple literally gets people with the same phone every year except a few minor changes”].

The only way I am getting the new phone is if I am actually eligible for an upgrade. Otherwise I firmly believe this will be the iPhone that I keep for several years ahead.
