Bazaar Express: Feds go after Tennessee over prostitution law, Fani Willis takes the stand, what’s on TV tonight, the latest in Gaza, plus more top stories by The Express

Good evening everyone and welcome to this edition of Bazaar Express. Before we begin, we sure hope everyone had a fantastic day to the best of their ability. And remember you are enough.

  1. What’s on TV tonight?

We are still watching Season ten of the Blacklist we had no idea this new season is twenty plus episodes long. It’s totally worth it but we will have a final season review sometime this weekend as we are almost done.

2. Federal authorities are suing the state of Tennessee

A super old prostitution law in the state of Tennessee is actually illegal according to federal authorities. Today, federal officials at the DOJ opened legal fire at the state over the law which as they say unlawfully further penalizes sex workers who may be HIV positive. That last part violates the Americans with Disabilities Act as is coded into federal law. Tennessee is the only state in the entire United States that requires someone to register as a ‘violent sex offender’ if convicted of engaging in sex work while HIV positive. The government is seeking to bar the state from further enforcing the law and to remove those wrongly placed on registries as a ‘violent sex offender’ indefinitely.

3. The latest in Gaza

4. Fani Willis has taken the stand in the very scandal that may remove her from the case attempting to stop Donald Trump in his tracks
