Uribe in Manhattan federal court pleaded guilty to trying to bribe disgraced Senator Bob Menendez. According to the AP, Uribe has agreed to cooperate on all fronts in the case against Menendez.

Uribe is accused of bribing Menendez’s wife with a Mercedes among other lavish gifts. In all, he plead guilty to seven charges among them conspiracy to commit bribery, honest services wire fraud, obstruction of justice, and tax evasion.
