Former president and indicted criminal Donald Trump is headed for trial. According to multiple reports out Monday, an arraignment date in the Georgia election fraud case has been set and Trump will have to enter a plea.
According to Axios, Trump will have to respond with a plea on 6 September when the hearing gets underway. Elsewhere in cases against Trump, the trial in his federal case with Special Counsel Jack Smith is set to begin on 4 March 2024 one day before Super Tuesday.
