1. Ukraine has reportedly detained an alleged assassin after the country’s security service uncovered a plot to kill Zelenskyy.

According to Ukraine ‘s security service, a Russian informant has been detained by authorities over claims that they were aiding and abetting the Kremlin in an assassination plot. It is unclear to what extent or how far they may have gotten. [Link]

2. Rapper Tory Lanez is preparing to be sentenced for his violent acts against Megan Thee Stallion a whille back.

The most hated rapper on earth is preparing to face his sentencing for shooting Megan Thee Stallion. Back in December 2022, Lanez real naame Daystar Peterson was charged with three different felonies after shooting Megan following a party in the Hollywood Hills. He is facing more than 13 years in prison for his offences.

3. It’s getting ugly over in Niger now that the deadline to stand down by the junta has passed.

Coup leaders have refused to stand down following their random power grab. According to reports, several African nations are now planning an intervention likely military action against the rogue hostile country. The video captures a group of people fighting at the Montgomery Riverfront on Saturday. Authorities have since confirmed multiple people involved were arrested. Montgomery police say they were called around 7 p.m. to respond to the 200 block of Coosa Street about a disturbance. When they arrived on scene, a large group of people were in a physical altercation, WSFA News reported. Circulating videos show the group fighting on the actual dock. Eyewitnesses say it started because a pontoon boat was blocking the dock where a riverboat was trying to park. A WSFA 12 News crew at the scene saw people in handcuffs. On Sunday, Montgomery police said the incident is under investigation. Montgomery Mayor Steven Reed released a statement Sunday afternoon: Last night, the Montgomery Police Department acted swiftly to detain several reckless individuals for attacking a man who was doing his job. Warrants are being signed and justice will be served. This was an unfortunate incident which never should have occurred. As our police department investigates these intolerable actions, we should not become desensitized to violence of any kind in our community. Those who choose violent actions will be held accountable by our criminal justice system.
