The GOP Is attempting to set a dangerous new precedent that absolutely would have scary consequences

A new strategy being deployed by the GOP has people talking. In recent days, with the climbing number of indictments against Donald Trump the strategies to keep him out of prison are equally growing.

This week the troubled politician declared on his social media site that the Supreme Court should intervene and stop all criminal investigations into him. In the same breath, Trump openly issued a clear threat.

“The latest Fake ‘case’ brought by Crooked Joe Biden & Deranged Jack Smith will hopefully be moved to an impartial Venue, such as the politically unbiased nearby State of West Virginia!” Trump wrote Wednesday on his Truth Social website.

“IMPOSSIBLE to get a fair trial in Washington, D.C., which is over 95% anti-Trump, & for which I have called for a Federal TAKEOVER in order to bring our Capital back to Greatness,” he added.

Of course, any attempts to move the trial would face serious challenges. Trump wants it moved to West Virginia because it is likely in a whiter area that he would receive a more favourable trial. In DC, a predominately Black area, he is running scared at the idea that they won’t be very kind to his criminal actions.
