Democratic Gov Katie Hobbs is moving quickly to ensure that people of her state have access to the reproductive services they need. In a new sweeping order, Hobbs has now made birth control both hormonal and oral OTC in the state.
According to Huff Post, patients no longer need a prescription and just have to be over 18 and undergo a screening and a blood pressure test.
