That whole credit card thing with George Santos in Brazil is apparently allot more brazen than originally thought

Early on in the faux Congressional campaign of Republican liar and alleged scammer George Santos people learned of an incident involving the country of Brazil. That incident initially thought to have involved Santos using a stolen credit is reportedly far more brazen than originally thought. According to reports published Friday, Santos ‘s ex-roommate has now provided sworn statements to officials confirming that Santos was in fact the ringleader of a credit card skimming scam.

The information came in part of a sworn declaration by Gustavo Ribeiro Trelha his ex-roommate that stayed with him in Florida. Trelha also claimed in the same sworn statement that it was Santos (who he knew as Anthony Devolder at the time) taught him how to clone cards and skim credit card information.

“He gave me all the materials and taught me how to put skimming devices and cameras on ATM machines,” Trelha said.

Trelha pleaded guilty to felony access device fraud and served three months in prison before being deported to Brazil in early 2018, Politico reported in February. He was initially arrested in Seattle.
