The phrase “feeling unsafe” has now become such a collective backwards use in modern society, that yet another young life has been taken far sooner than it whould have been. In a shocking piece for Buzzfeed, the website examined the story of Elijah Al-Amin, 17. Al-Amin was murdered in a grisly manner over the weekend for simply playing rap music in his car while he was minding his own business.
Buzzfeed got their hands on reports from the case — and most of them still don’t make such sense. According to one of them, the assailant has been identified as Michael Paul Adams aged 27.
Police noted in their reports that Adam “repeatedly lunged at the teen while the. teen was in his car playing music stopped at a gas station”. Furthermore, “he stabbed him in nthe back and then proceeded to slit his throat”.
