Newly filed court papers have painted an even grimmer saga for indicted former President Donald Trump in the United States. According to the filings, Trump has admitted that he does not have the funds and that attempts to obtain them have been unsuccessful.
It is understood that at least 30 lenders denied Donald Trump’s applications for loans in the process.
“Defendants have faced what have proven to be insurmountable difficulties in obtaining an appeal bond for the full $464 million,” Trump Organization general counsel Alan Garten revealed in court papers from Monday.
