Apple has announced that the company is intent on suspending sales of its Apple Watch Ultra and Series 9 over a big dispute involving a patent. That patent of course comes from Masimo which prompts the watches to be able to monitor bloody oxygen levels.
According to the company, the decision came after a patent ruling found that the situation be punted back to the White House. CNN notes that the sales will all but stop come 24 December entirely assuming the ruling stands in the case.
