Craig N. Ross Jr. who kidnapped a young girl from an upstate NY park earlier this year has been charged with raping her. According to reports, the story has now taken a number of new turns.
On Friday, prosecutors revealed in the case against Craig that sufficient evidence had been uncovered to determine that he did rape the young girl during the two days he held her captive. Initially, he was only charged with first degree abduction in the 30 September situation that sparked a massive manhunt in the Albany area.
