Mark Zuckerberg ‘s ‘Twitter Killer’ has arrived and it already seems to be a hit with users. According to Zuckerberg, 2m+ sign ups have already occurred in the first two hours since the app launched.
The app which looks nearly identical to Twitter (but with Facebook branding) was supposed to launch tomorrow but it appears the app has launched as of now. We’ve captured some screenshots for folks to view of the app as we have already signed up.
From what we can see, users already have an account if they have an Instagram account the usernames will remain the same according to the app and its website. Right now it looks like the app is only available on Apple devices.
