Airbnb is prepping for what is expected to be a wild journey for summer. In those preparations, the company is reminding people that throwing unauthorized parties of any kind during an Airbnb reservation goes against the company’s Terms of Service. The company banned parties in 2020 after one too many of them turned obnoxiously wild.
In the same announcement, the vacation rental service announced a ‘party prevention system’ which relies heavily on a good old neighborhood watch program. In a blog post, the company is now encouraging neighbors of all kinds to be nosy and spy on people in their homes.
