Sam Bankman-Fried and the latest plot twist in his fraud saga

Sam Bankman-Fried is a fraudster who knew he was a fraudster and apparently a fraudster who was using his fraudulently obtained wealth to wine and dine people to make his fraudulent business happen. According to the latest revelations against Bankman-Fried, he worked closed with Ryne Miller, who previously served as legal counsel to Gary Gensler. Gensler was at that time Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) chairman and now chairs the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

But it only spins out of control from there.

Miller allegedly helped arrange for SBF to meet and share a friendly meal with former CFTC Commissioner Mr. Dan Berkovitz, who is current general counsel for the SEC, according to emails obtained by the Los Angeles Times. These revelations reveal to what extent SBF appears to have gone along with to wine important people into helping his con along.
