Murder charges against a man identified as Jose Alba. According to reports, DA Alvin Bragg has confirmed that charges against Alba are being dropped. Alba was previously arrested after a video showed a violent altercation between Alba and a man which resulted in the man’s death. The Post reports that Bragg ‘s office ended up reviewing further footage that showed Alba being shoved by the man first.
He is now a free man.
