Even though legal services are thought to be more expensive, there are many places offer free or low-cost legal services. The government, law firms, and even law schools provide free legal services. However, some legal services may surprise you. They include:

1. Family law. Family law is a legal practice that involves family relationships such as marriage, divorce, child protection, child custody, adoption, among others. Different states have different marriage rights. Some cultural practices disagree with the power of cousins marrying and gay marriage. Though its everyone’s right to get married, allowing cousins to marry is surprising as the risks of genetic disorders are highly expected to affect relatives who are married.
