According to an address by Emmanuel Macron, France’s president stressed no go ahead or concrete plan is in full play on the matter among the government.
The address took place at a meeting of 25 member nations in Paris, a meeting that was initially called at the request of Macron according to France 24. Macron first planned the meeting amid fears among European Nations that Russia’s war in Ukraine could spill over to the rest of the continent, thereby into NATO territory.
