Following Diddy ‘s publicized settlement with Cassie over claims that he is an alleged predator, Diddy ‘s lawyers are now denying that paying up means he has acknowledged the allegations.
Diddy ‘s lawyer is on the defence this weekend after his much talked about settlement with Cassie in regards to her shock lawsuit. Page Six reports that legal reps for Diddy issued firm denials that he in any way has admitted to any wrongdoing (but Cassie is furthest from the only woman to accuse Diddy of wrongdoing.)
“Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing,” attorney Ben Brafman said in a statement to Page Six Saturday.
“Mr. Combs‘ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”
