Judge: Trump will stay on the primary ballot in Colorado (at least for now)

Donald Trump at least for now is expected to remain on the GOP primary ballot in Coloardo. According to a ruling by Judge Sarah Wallace, although its known he committed insurrection the 14th amendment isn’t explicit enough to ban him because of it.

The long and ongoing effort to remove Donald Trump from primary ballots across the U.S has run into another problem. According to NBC, Judge Sarah Wallace has ruled in favour of Trump but only because the 14th amendment actually does not explicitly state President’s are to be banned from office if they incite insurrection (or something of this variation.)

There has been a great debate on the extent in which the founding fathers meant this phrase — but yet serves as yet another example as to why America needs to figure itself out in modern day as some have pointed out on social media.
