Natalee Holloway suspect set to appear in court in fraud case

Joran Van Der Sloot the infamous criminal accused in the disappearance and death of Natalee Holloway is set to appear in court for another case. In the case, Van Der Sloot is accused of attempting to extort her family for thousands of dollars.

Court records submitted this week have confirmed that Joran Van Der Sloot is headed back to the courtroom. The man infamously accused in the 2005 disappearance of Natalee Holloway, is expected to enter a plea in the fraud case against him that accuses him of extortion. Van Der Sloot is expected to appear in court on Wednesday.
