Donald Trump at least according to Donald Trump is not guilty. According to reports, the criminally accused Trump pleased not guilty to all 13 charges against him in the historic case.
The AP reports that with his not-guilty plea Tump no longer has to attend the arraignment hearing next week. However, the not guilty plea does set Trump up to potentially face steep challenges in court.
Trump joins a host of other defendants who have also entered such pleas ahead of the arraignment.
