Harrison Floyd, the only Trump co-defendant notably still in jail has finally reached a bond negotiation agreement with the court system.
NBC News reports that Judge McAffee ordered Floyd’s formal bond at $100,000. All of Floyd’s initial bond requests were denied in the case which made him the only defendant jailed and he remains jailed according to the same report.
During the initial bond hearing, Floyd was found to likely pose a flight risk.
