And if your money was on China come on down. According to Quartz, a Chinese man only identified using his surname Hong is facing years in jail for using the program. On top of the fact, it is illegal in the country, ‘Hong’ knowingly used the app to create a phony story that he later published online.The story involved what would become of a fake train-wreck story. Authorities are pretty much claiming what would amount to a disorderly conduct case in most other countries.

Formally in China, he has been charged with “picking quarrels and provoking trouble,” punishable by up to five years in prison, according to Bloomberg.
