Dominion Voting Systems’ defamation lawsuit against Fox News has been delayed until Tuesday. According to reports, it was not immediately clear why there was a delay in the case.
As a result the case will continue Tuesday in a Delaware courtroom to determine if Fox should be held liable for its lies about the election.
