Report: Discrimination lawsuit helped push conspiracy peddler Tucker Carlson off air

Tucker Carlson is officially off of the airwaves in the United States (which might be a cause for celebration in itself.) New information out following the shock announcement, however, seems to be painting an interesting picture of what happened behind the scenes. According to reports, last month a Fox employee by the name of Abby Grossberg filled a discrimination lawsuit alleging she faced less than stellar environmental conditions in the workplace after transferring to Tucker Carlson Tonight.

Grossberg was fired and then countersued the network against claims that she experienced racism; antisemitism, sexism and outright bullying after transferring from Sunday Morning Futures With Maria Bartiromo to Tucker Carlson Tonight.

The Guardian reports. “Tucker Carlson’s departure from Fox News is, in part, an admission of the systemic lying, bullying, and conspiracy-mongering claimed by our client,” Grossberg attorney Tanvir Rahman said Monday. “Mr. Carlson and his subordinates remain individual defendants in the case and we look forward to taking their depositions under oath in the very near term.”
