George Santos had been previously charged with writing $15k in bad checks: Politico

A new day a new claim against truth-troubled Congressman George Santos. According to a Politico report published today, Santos has more previous criminal charges than previously known dismissed or not. In the article, it has been revealed that Santos reportedly was charged with writing numerous bad checks back in 2017 for ‘puppies.’ The charge was for that year in the Amish Country of Pennsylvania.

Politico notes that at the time he was charged (despite being later dismissed) with writing more than $15,025 in bad checks for ‘puppies.’ No sooner than Santos allegedly wrote the checks he later held an adoption event at a Staten Island puppy store.

It is the latest in an extraordinarily long list of dizzying scandals for Santos who is facing nearly a dozen or more criminal investigations regardless of state or federal status.
