In major blow to Lindsey Graham, SCOTUS declines to shield him any further from accountability

Making his appearance before a grand jury all but set sealed and done. According to reports, an unsigned order from the Supreme Court has revealed that the court lifted a lower court order that previously temporarily stopped Graham from having to testify.

Graham is still legally allowed to refuse to answer certain questions and it is inevitable he likely will attempt to plead the fifth. Graham had unsuccessfully pleaded to the court that it should prevent a grand jury in Atlanta from forcing him to testify.
