Autopsy results in the death of Naomi Judd have been revealed for the first time

Medial autopsy results in the death of country music icon Naomi Judd have been revealed. According to the county medical examiner, Naomi Judd died of a single gunshot wound.

She reportedly suffered from depression and had left a heartbreaking suicide note that was found near her body.
