Elizabeth Holmes: Fraud trial continues as witnesses go on the offense in extraordinary trial

Elizabeth Holmes who nobody should be surprised if she gets off Scott free for her fraud — is still on trial for fraud for that Theranos stunt she pulled. Now in the second month of the trial, jilted investor Alan E appeared in court this week to tell his side of the story.

But not without much argument over his presence and an angry defense attorney who didn’t know how to shut up.

“You have to wait to answer until the question is completed,” per Courthouse News. “Then you must give a thoughtful answer only to the question that was asked.”

Apparently a document signed back in 2010 May have been the reason for the back and forth. According to CNBC, Alan is understood to have signed a document that year that confirmed he understood that the company was an immense risk. Alan per court records lost more than $1M.
