As many of you know we aren’t just a newspaper or news organisation if you will. In fact, we offer far more services than most people realize who end up being shocked that we are the provider of those services. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and the pending holiday season —- we will be closed on weekends throughout January 2021. We will still be available by e-mail, however, consumers and customers should expect at least a 24-48 window for e-mailed responses.
From now until roughly mid January, we will be open from 9am EST till roughly 10 pm EST. We will be open from 10 am BST to 7 pm BST.
Due to heightened attention on our websites, we have temporarily disabled our customer service phone line until we can get it in check to better suit the sudden demand. Our e-mail servers remain online 24/7 even during the times we are closed. Customers who have accounts open with us can request our WhatsApp for expedited service if you happen to catch us when we are offline/closed.
As a gentle reminder, all payments for services are due within 72 hours of said service being rendered. Per our Terms of Service — and we’d advise you to read them — we reserve the right to terminate services or potentially charge a late fee where we see fit.
At this time — we are not conducting in person services with management. Most services are done over the internet or by Cisco WebEx.
