THE SCOOP: Reality television star NeNe Leakes apparently has a legal problem on her hands that has nothing to do with her. According to our eagle eyed social media team, we’ve managed to uncover documents and court documents related to that of Leakes eldest son.
Docs show that Leakes eldest son is massively behind on his child support payments to his baby mama. Interestingly, an interview with Symone Davis (his baby mama) also appeared online in Radar Online this weekend. The interview goes on to claim that the notorious addict, uh, has fallen back off the wagon and is using all his money on drugs.
”He’s avoided me at every turn and attempt I have made to collect child support’ Davis told Radar Online in the interview. According to the docs, Bryson Bryant (her son) is almost $40,000 if not more behind on child support.
We’ve learned that NeNe is apparently uninterested in supporting Davis, who, she allegedly believes duped her son into having a child to begin with.
