New York has begun the process of seizing Trump’s assets in the ongoing fraud case and judgment against him

Letitia James isn’t wasting any time. According to reports, NY’s not-to-be-messed-with AG has begun the process needed to legally seize Trump’s prized properties.

The Lowdown

According to reports, some of the properties in Donald Trump’s beloved real estate empire are on the chopping block. Reports out Thursday revealed that James has filed the necessary paperwork in Westchester kickstarting the process. In Westchester, they’re specifically targeting a home known as Seven Springs in Mount Kisco New York.

Right now all of the properties targeted are in Westchester which is the golf course and the nearby estate. Papers have been filed in New York City but no word on when or if the AG will move. Trump’s deadline for his bond is less than four days from this writing.
