According to several reports out Sunday, a new decision in at least one of the ongoing Supreme Court cases involving Donald Trump may be coming.
The Lowdown
The AP reports that the Supreme Court is set to hear the case of whether or not Colorado’s decision to boot Trump from the ballot ultimately will stand. It was previously declared that due to Donald Trump’s involvement in the insurrection of 6 January, he was ineligible to remain on the ballot in the state. The decision of course is set to come just one day before Super Tuesday which is set to all but decision who will face Joe Biden in November.
