Another week another scandal for Russia as news of yet another death among the country’s elite sparks suspicion. According to Russian media, Vladimir Egorov, a Tobolsk City Duma representative was found dead this weekend outside of his home.
The Lowdown
Although difficult to confirm, reports indicate that he was found dead in the courtyard of his home on Kedrovaya Street.
