American star Sean Diddy Combs is now facing a third accusation of sexual assault — the only problem is that this one is far more graphic than the last according to several reports and lawsuit documents. This time Diddy has been accused of sexually assaulting ‘Jane Doe’ with multiple other men involved.
Lawsuit documents show that a woman identified only as Jane Doe says she was sexually assaulted by Diddy beginning in 1990 or 1991. In the claim, the woman goes on to reveal that at the time she was known to Diddy due to attending an event at MCA Records.
The Lowdown
Doe (which we will continue to call her for purposes of this article due to the nature of the allegations) claims that during the event singer-songwriter Aaron Hall and Diddy were both super handsy with her and later offered drinks. Drinks soon became an invitation back to Hall’s apartment where she then claims they took turns sexually assaulting her.
At that point she says she was ‘coerced’ into having sex with Combs before it got much scarier. Both she and a friend were present when this allegedly occurred as they had both been invited back to Hall’s home.
“After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized,” according to the court documents. “As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.”
At another point, the woman goes on to claim she left the residence and was later informed the friend also revealed she to had been forced to have sex with Combs.
Diddy has not publicly addressed the third allegation.
