Here are the 4 latest developments in the election fraud case against Donald Trump and his criminal cronies

Good afternoon and welcome to Thursday. Today is a historic day in America as former President Donald Trump is preparing to have his mugshot taken as a result of the federal case against him.

The case against Donald Trump and company is progressing. According to reports, Trump is due in Georgia this afternoon to turn himself in on numerous charges related to his criminal efforts to overturn the election. Officials in Georgia have made it clear Trump will receive no special treatment and will be treated like any other person accused of a crime.

Fulton County DA Fani Willis in a new court filing has asked for an October trial date. According to those documents, Willis is seeking to begin the trial on 23 October. This comes after Willia has made it pretty clear she intends to be tough in the case.

Elsewhere in the case, Mark Meadows has lost his effort to stop his arrest and has since turned himself in.

Mark Meadows who helped play a consequential role in Trump’s administration and efforts had reportedly agreed to a $100,000 bond.

Last night in Milwaukee during the first GOP primary — Donald Trump’s absence and influence were both present and felt. Social media users piled on the former President for not appearing for the ‘job interview.’
