Ezra Miller claims he has been ‘unjustly targeted’ in new statement following sexual assault case involving alleged minor

Troubled actor Ezra Miller who has been accused of everything from sexual assault to harassment has responded to many of the claims on IG and in new court documents. Miller, recently had a temporary restraining order lifted in regards to claims that he had an inappropriate encounter with a 12-year-old non-binary child in the past.

“I’m encouraged by today’s outcome and very grateful at this moment to everyone who has stood beside me and sought to ensure that this egregious misuse of the protective order system was halted,” the “Flash” star, who uses they/them pronouns, wrote in a post shared via Instagram.

“I have been unjustly and directly targeted by an individual who the facts have shown has a history of such manipulative and destructive action.”

No criminal charges were ever filed against Miller despite the shocking allegations.

Lawyers for Ezra maintain that the claims were always false from the start and the reason why he couldn’t initially defend himself was due to extreme mental health issues.

Sexual assault of any kind is never okay. If you or someone you know is being abused or has been abused, there is help that can bring justice.
