Ezra Miller despite his criminal past and allegations is now pleading not guilty to criminal burglary charges in Vermont, facing 26 years behind bars

Troubled actor Ezra Miller who has been credibly accused of everything from burglary to kidnapping is pleading not guilty to burglary charges according reports. The New York Post reports that Miller via video link pleaded not guilty today in connection to a 1 May heist that took place in Vermont. Miller at the time was infamously accused of randomly breaking into someone’s home to steal nothing more than booze — adding his already checkered and bizarre list of legal troubles.

Variety reports that despite pleading not guilty he’s not quite in the clear yet. The outlet reports that he is facing more than 26 years behind bars if he is convicted on the burglary charge now that he is set to go to trial. He most recently paid a fine for harassment among other things out in Hawaii.

Meanwhile Warner Bros is sticking by the actor for the upcoming Flash movie despite widespread calls to boot him from the film for good.
