Judge who voided FDA ‘s approval of abortion drug hid interviews where he disclosed his true beliefs on certain social issues

Matthew Kacsmaryk the judge who voided the FDA’s approval of 1 half of the abortion drug combination meant for the procedure has some issues. According to this report, it has been discovered that the judge failed to disclose a pair of interviews he did on Christian radio back in 2014 — where he made his views on things like LGBTQ+ people and contraception.

In one of the interviews, he referred to being gay as a ‘lifestyle’ that was helped along after the rise of no-fault divorce and permissive access to contraception.

At the time of the interviews, he was deputy general counsel at the First Liberty Institute which is as you may have guessed a right-wing organization that seeks to overthrow the rights of commoners. He was brought on to the institute to discuss the so-called ‘homosexual agenda’ and how it was violent towards the church; religion and so on.
