Astronomers have announced that they’ve managed to detect radio signals from what appears to be a new exoplanet that is rather earth-like. According to reports, researchers also suspect that the exoplanet may have an atmosphere similar to Earth sparking speculation that it may be able to host or may already host some form of life. Researchers have also discovered that the rocky exoplanet appears to have a magnetic field also similar to Earth. A magnetic field would allow the planet to repel harmful things from space and the sun flung towards the planet itself the way Earth’s magnetic field does.
