But not for the supposed crimes in which many of the right-wing spectre claim he’s committed. According to the Washington Post, FBI agents have now declared that there is allegedly enough evidence to mount charges against Biden over alleged tax issues and a statement involving the purchase of a handgun. Those tax issues relate to whether or not he simply just failed to declare income on some of his business operations.
Republicans meanwhile have long falsely argued that Biden has taken part in a host of crimes domestically and overseas but none of these has ever been proven despite his work in multiple businesses. The U.S attorney in Delaware David Weiss is understood to be the prosecutor reviewing the case and all details to determine whether or not charges will be brought.
