New York City Mayor Eric Adams (who is largely disliked by many) is making headlines today for a video interview of sorts that has caught much controversy. In the video, Adams can be heard discussing what he calls “low skill” workers (hence the essential workers that helped keep America going while the pandemic was underway.)
But that isn’t actually the problem. In his comments, Adams told a crowd of people that low killers don’t have the aptitude to sit in a corner office like others all the while continually pushing for businesses to re-open (despite COVID surge.)
