Looks like Hillary Clinton hasn’t quite escaped her email scandal just yet. According to newly filed documents by a federal judge, Clinton must once again answer questions largely in regards to her use of a private email server while Secretary of State.
The ruling comes largely in part as an official response to a much larger lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch who had hoped to force Clinton to answer questions in person and under oath.
Clinton must now in writing respond to their questions by 14 October and has approximately 30 days to do so. Judicial Watch is slightly concerned that the days allotted will allow Clinton the means she needs to push out answering the questions until after the general election.
