When one Christe Chen Dawson set out for Fiji shortly before 9 July with her partner all seemed set for a fun tropical vacation meant for the history books. Instead police say that Dawson ‘s own husband has now been arrested for her murder after she was found dead in a hotel room on the island on 9 July. Her body was reportedly found inside of the Turtle Island resort in the area.
Her husband Bradley Dawson apparently sparked suspicion amongst police after he is understood to have refused a DNA test to cooperate with police. He is per documents headed back to court on 27 July to learn his fate.
The resort spoke to People, “We can confirm that an incident took place between a couple at the Island on July 9th, which has resulted in a tragic outcome and charges being laid. We cooperated fully with the police who conducted a thorough investigation and have now left the Island.”
