Hunter Biden to plead not guilty to gun, false statement charges: filing

First Son Hunter Biden is to plead not guilty to gun and false statement charges in connection to the ongoing federal cases against him. Biden was previously charged with make a false statement on a firearms application.

Hunter Biden ‘s attorney Abbe Lowell revealed in a court document announced Tuesday that the First Son intends to plead not guilty to both charges. The following was discovered in the court filing.

No matter whether in person or virtual, he will waive reading of the indictment, which is merely a few pages and could easily be read at a video conference,” Lowell wrote. “Mr. Biden also will enter a plea of not guilty, and there is no reason why he cannot utter those two words by video conference.”
